Mobility Matters complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Mobility Matters operates its programs and services without regard to Race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Any person who believes they have been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with Mobility Matters.

SMS/MMS terms and conditions

 Upon signing up to volunteer with Mobility Matters, or signing up to receive rides from Mobility Matters, we will verbally request your consent to send you SMS/MMS text messages with communications from Mobility Matters. Message & Data rates may apply.

 We will use Mobility Matters’ text messaging system to send SMS/MMS text messages to discuss appointments you have requested, and/or volunteer opportunities which are available, and/or volunteer opportunities for which you have signed up, in addition to communications regarding all other aspects of the ride program. Volunteers and clients are not required to sign up for text messaging to volunteer or receive transportation from Mobility Matters. SMS/MMS messages will be sent manually. You may opt out by simply replying stop to the text message at any time.

 SMS Privacy Policy

 Mobility Matters does not collect any information other than that you provide directly to us. Mobility Matters will never sell your personal information to any third party. Mobility Matters will not provide your personal information to anyone except as required to complete a ride that you have requested, to comply with reporting requirements, as requested by law enforcement, or as required by law or legal action.
